Brothers and Sisters:
We seek the mighty God in the most unlikely places as a child in a stable, and in an empty tomb. May God hear these prayers, which come from the unlikely corners of our lives...

WE PRAY, for the Church: that we may ground ourselves in the reality of Your presence with us today, and look to the future with childlike expectancy for the fulfillment of all your promises...

WE PRAY, for the grace of attention: that our hearts may not be numbed into complacency nor our minds caught in worry, but may we stay attentive to the
Your Word and the signs of our times...

WE PRAY, for strength and peace in the face of suffering: that You would plant the living Word of hope deep in our hearts and give us the strength to remain faithful even when tragedy and suffering enter our lives...

WE PRAY, for all who are gathered here: that Christ may increase our love for one another and help us to be overflowing with generosity toward all who are in need...

WE PRAY, for all burdened with guilt: that they may experience Your redeeming love and accept the gift of freedom which Your love brings...

WE PRAY: For all who are in need of healing: that the Spirit of God will renew and restore the gift of life within them. WE ESPECIALLY PRAY BY NAME FOR:

WE PRAY: for Peace: that You would open new understanding between all parties in conflicts and help them to listen the values and needs they each possess...
Hear now our prayers, that we may love you with our whole being and willingly share the concerns of our neighbors, as we say: LORD HAVE MERCY

We ask this through our LORD Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with YOU, and the HOLY Spirit; one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
